use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221; custom_height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]<strong>The Board of Directors of North Media has decided to establish an employee support scheme with the stated purpose of assisting current and former employees of the North Media Group who have a special need for financial help.<\/strong> <strong>Target group and application criteria:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The target group for eligible support includes current and former employees of North Media A\/S and its subsidiaries <em>with at least 10 years of seniority in the Group,<\/em> who meet one of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employee or close relative* of the employee is in serious financial difficulties which cannot be overcome by the employee or his\/her household within the next few years and who, by receiving financial assistance, would be able to restore, in whole or in part, a generally fair standard of living, prevent a serious loss of living or bring about a lasting improvement in the living conditions of himself\/herself and of his\/her family. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employee or the employee&#8217;s close relatives* need financial support for diagnosis, medical or therapeutic treatment &#8211; including rehabilitation for alcohol or other abuse &#8211; rehabilitation, recreational stays or (re)acquisition of medicines, aids, invalid car or similar, as well as remodelling of home etc. as a result of disability. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By receiving financial support, the employee or the employee&#8217;s close relatives* are given the opportunity to complete a course of study in Denmark or abroad that would otherwise be impossible or unreasonably difficult for them to complete due to their own or their family&#8217;s financial circumstances. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Close relatives are defined as one&#8217;s own children, spouse, partner in a cohabitation relationship of a stable nature that has lasted for a minimum of 10 years, and stepchildren where the employee&#8217;s marriage\/cohabitation with the child&#8217;s parent is of a stable nature and has lasted for a minimum of 10 years, as well as the equivalent surviving close relatives of deceased employees.<\/span> <strong>Application, evaluation, and potential allocation of funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All current and former employees who meet the above criteria are eligible to apply. The application can either be submitted electronically via <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/candidate.hr-manager.net\/ApplicationForm\/SinglePageApplicationForm.aspx?cid=1444&amp;departmentId=20006&amp;ProjectId=143838&amp;MediaId=4650\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this link<\/strong><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or delivered in paper format to one of the committee members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By submitting\/delivering the application, you also give permission for the committee to read and process your personal data. The committee is subject to confidentiality in relation to the applications received.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, while evaluations for potential disbursements are generally conducted four times a year. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The actual amount depends on both an individual assessment of the specific situation and the employee&#8217;s seniority within the group.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants with at least 10 years&#8217; seniority can be awarded a maximum of DKK 150,000 per calendar year. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants with at least 15 years&#8217; seniority can be awarded a maximum of DKK 200,000 per calendar year. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants with at least 20 years&#8217; seniority can be awarded a maximum of DKK 250,000 per calendar year. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants with at least 25 years&#8217; seniority can be awarded a maximum of DKK 300,000 per calendar year. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that distributions to current employees of North Media will be reported to SKAT as A-income and the net amount paid out. <strong>For all other applicants, disbursements are reported as B-income, and the recipient must report the support amount to the tax authorities (SKAT) in accordance with the provided instructions. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your application has been processed, you will be contacted directly.<\/span> <strong>How to apply:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to apply for the support scheme or want to encourage or assist a former colleague in applying, you should use the application form.<\/span><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northmedia.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Ansoegningsformular-Medarbejderstoetteordning_august-2024.docx.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fill in the form with all the requested information.
