North Media operates market leading platforms for business-consumer transactions within retail offers, rental homes, job adds, and digital access systems. All our companies are number one or two in their industry, and they are technology driven scalable, volume businesses specialised in handling large volumes of materials and data consistently, quickly, securely and at a low unit cost.
Megatrends such as data, digitalisation, urbanisation and mobility are setting the direction for the development of our two business areas:
- Last Mile (FK Distribution and SDR Svensk Direktreklam) have solid earnings and cash flows in a mature market.
- Digital Services activities have the potential for growth, increased earnings, scaling, and expansion.
Long-term value creation
Since North Media was founded in 1965, we have focused on long-term value creation and a stable return on invested capital.
This is the basis for a strong capital position that provides freedom of action and an attractive, stable annual dividend to our shareholders, that reflects the operating profit before the return on securities.
The Board of Directors is authorised until 11 April 2030 to make share repurchases up to 15% of the company’s share capital.
