New study: Healthcare assistants and support workers dream about leaving the industry

Four in five healthcare assistants and support workers consider leaving the profession several times a year, while 58 per cent consider it monthly. These and other worrying findings about the job satisfaction of Danish healthcare assistants and support workers are published in a new report from the job portal Ofir.dk.
